Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of bakery/pastry/kitchen items as per recipes and SOPs.
Maintain product quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Ensure cleanliness and follow food safety & hygiene guidelines.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and report issues.
Coordinate with seniors and team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
1–2 years’ experience in bakery/café/kitchen environment.
Basic knowledge of baking/culinary processes.
Understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
Punctual, disciplined, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
