• Assist in preparation of bakery/pastry/kitchen items as per recipes and SOPs.

• Maintain product quality, taste, and presentation standards.

• Ensure cleanliness and follow food safety & hygiene guidelines.

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report issues.

• Coordinate with seniors and team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in bakery/café/kitchen environment.

• Basic knowledge of baking/culinary processes.

• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards.

• Punctual, disciplined, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
