Job Description – Commis II & Commis III

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana
Position 2: Commis II
Salary Budget: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation as per café standards and recipes
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation
Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of workstations as per FSSAI norms
Handle basic cooking tasks independently
Assist in inventory handling and stock rotation
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a café or restaurant kitchen
Experience of continental menu
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Position 2: Commis III
Salary Budget: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist Commis II and senior chefs in food preparation
Perform basic prep work (cutting, chopping, marinating, etc.)
Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas
Follow kitchen SOPs and hygiene standards
Support smooth kitchen operations during peak hours
Requirements:
1 year of Continental experience
Willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen role
Basic understanding of food hygiene
Hardworking and disciplined
