📢 WE ARE HIRING | Commis 2 – Tandoor & Pan-Asian Cuisine
🏢 Industry: Cloud Kitchen / Food & Hospitality
💰 Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
⏰ Working Hours: 10-hour shift + 1-hour break
🌅 Morning Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
🌙 Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
📍 Location: Delhi NCR (exact location will be shared separately)
💼 Position: Full-Time
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and cooking Tandoor and Pan-Asian dishes as per company standards.
Handle food preparation, marination, mise en place, and station setup.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
Support the kitchen team in daily operations and timely order preparation.
Manage ingredients, stock rotation, and minimize food wastage.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.
🔹 Requirements
✅ Previous experience as a Commis 2 in Tandoor and/or Pan-Asian cuisine.
✅ Hands-on experience in Tandoor and PAN Asian (Chinese)is required.
✅ Comfortable working in a cloud kitchen environment.
✅ Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
✅ Ability to work in rotational shifts as per operational requirements.
✅ Must be available to attend a practical kitchen trial.

Salary will be ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Candidates must be available for a trial.
Trial location will be shared separately.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
