Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Commis 2 to support our kitchen team in preparing and cooking food while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes as instructed by senior chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Ensure proper storage of food and kitchen supplies.
Help with daily kitchen operations.
Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues.
Work as a team to ensure smooth kitchen service.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain hygiene standards.
