Job Description – Commi II (Lebanese / Continental)

Location: Dwarka Sector-7 / Saket, New Delhi

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Commi II to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in food preparation, ensure accurate order execution, and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene.

### Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking Lebanese and Continental dishes.

• Execute customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.

• Assist in serving customers and handling special order requests.

• Follow food safety standards and company SOPs.

• Support inventory management and reduce food wastage.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience as Commi II or similar role.

• Experience in Lebanese or Continental cuisine preferred.

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene practices.

Prior experience with •Pet Pooja POS•• is an added advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Working Hours: 10.5 Hours

• Weekly Offs: 4 per month

• Salary: ₹17,000 per month
