Shift: 10 hrs within 11:30 am–9:30 pm ops (weekly off)

Role: Prep, marination, base gravies, biryani mise, kebab assist, packing line support, hygiene logs.

Must-have: 4–5 yrs exp; speed, knife skills, teamwork; basic reading of recipe/portion sheets.

Perks: Staff meal, uniform, growth to Commis 1, ESIC/EPF as per law.
