Job Title: Chef Commis II / Kitchen Helper
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with basic kitchen knowledge can apply)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation (washing, cutting, chopping, and basic cooking).
Support chefs in preparing and presenting dishes.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Receive, store, and organize kitchen stock (FIFO).
Clean kitchen equipment and workstations.
Work closely with the kitchen team and follow instructions from senior chefs.
Learn new cooking techniques and assist in daily kitchen operations.
Requirements:
High school pass; culinary certification is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
Able to stand for long hours and lift kitchen equipment.
Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Fast-paced kitchen environment.
