Job Description – Commis Bakery

Position: Commis Bakery
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Department: Bakery & Pastry
Location: Govandi
Salary: 15000 to 25000
Working Hours: 9 hours

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Bakery Chef in daily bakery production and preparation.
Prepare and handle basic bakery products such as breads, buns, cakes, cookies, and pastries.
Follow recipes, measurements, and food preparation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery section.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Support the team during daily production and service.
Follow food safety and quality standards.
Maintain proper organization of bakery equipment and workstations.

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with a Hotel Management/Bakery & Pastry background will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of bakery products and ingredients is an advantage.
Good learning attitude and willingness to work in a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good hygiene and grooming standards.
