Food Preparation: Prepare station mise-en-place, including chopping, peeling, and washing ingredients.
Cooking Assistance: Assist Chefs de Partie or Sous Chefs with cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation, following health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with deliveries, and ensure proper storage of food items.
Flexibility: Work in different sections of the kitchen as required, supporting the overall kitchen brigade
