Join Our Kitchen Team | The Realm – Pune’s Newest Gaming Lounge & Café

The Realm is Pune’s newest premium gaming lounge and café, built for gamers, creators and communities. We’re creating a space where great food meets great gaming—and we’re looking for a kitchen team that’s excited to build something different from day one.

Our café serves a focused menu featuring burgers, pastas, sandwiches, salads, loaded fries, fried snacks, Maggi, shakes, coolers and desserts—simple food, done really well.

Open Positions

Commis 1

1–2 years of kitchen experience

Salary: ₹18,000–22,000/month (based on experience)

Lead a kitchen station during service, ensure quality and consistency, and support junior team members.

Job Details

10-hour shifts

4 offs per month

Work in a fast-paced QSR-style kitchen

Prepare and cook menu items as per SOPs

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards

Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality

Minimum commitment of 1 year preferred
