Job Description

Prepare and cook continental dishes as per standard recipes and guidelines.
Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently before service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Monitor stock levels and inform seniors of any shortages.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Support in minimizing food wastage and controlling costs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff if required.
