Position: Commi Chef

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation and cooking of dishes as per standard recipes
Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards as per FSSAI guidelines
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials
Maintain cleanliness of work station and kitchen equipment
Follow SOPs and food presentation standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Commi / CDP in restaurant, café or hotel
Basic knowledge of Continental / Indian / Multi-cuisine (mention as per requirement)
Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Team player with positive attitude

Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred
Relevant culinary certification is an added advantage
