Hiring: Commi 1 – Kitchen Department (Only for Male)

Location: INEJ Executive Lounge, Chennai Central Railway Station

INEJ Executive Lounge is looking for a skilled and passionate Commi 1 to join our culinary team. We are seeking candidates who are dedicated, disciplined, and experienced in professional kitchen operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in daily food preparation and kitchen operations
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
Follow recipes and chef instructions properly
Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen
Support senior chefs during operations
Handle kitchen equipment responsibly

Requirements:

Minimum 6+ years of experience as Commi 1 / Commi Chef
Experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or lounge operations preferred
Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene & food safety standards
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Team player with positive attitude and discipline
