Job Description

The Chocolate Commi will help in making chocolates and related products. This role supports senior

chefs in daily chocolate production and ensures cleanliness and quality standards are followed.

Responsibilities

Help in making chocolates, truffles, pralines, fillings, and basic chocolate items

Assist in tempering, molding, coating, and decorating chocolates

Measure and prepare ingredients as per instructions

Keep the work area, tools, and equipment clean and hygienic

Follow recipes and production guidelines

Help in packing and storing finished chocolate products

Handle raw materials and finished products carefully

Support the team during bulk and festive production
