Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Neapolitan pizzas as per standard recipes, maintaining authentic texture, crust, and quality.
Prepare Detroit-style pizzas with correct dough fermentation, baking process, and presentation.
Ensure consistency in Gourmet pizza menu items across all orders.
Manage dough preparation, proofing, fermentation, and ingredient quality.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs.
Monitor portion control and reduce wastage.
Handle inventory management and daily stock checks.
Train kitchen staff on pizza preparation standards and recipes.
Ensure timely order preparation within defined SLA/KPT.
Conduct quality checks before dispatch or serving.
Coordinate with operations team for menu updates and new product launches.
Skills Required:
Experience in Neapolitan, Detroit, and Gourmet pizza preparation.
Knowledge of dough fermentation and baking techniques.
Team handling and kitchen management skills.
Inventory and food cost control knowledge.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure in high-volume kitchens.
