We are looking for an experienced Commi 1 Chef specializing in Malai Chaap and Indian Tandoor cuisine. The candidate should have strong expertise in preparing chaap varieties, marination, and handling tandoor operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook different types of chaap dishes (especially Malai Chaap)

  • Handle tandoor operations (roti, naan, chaap, etc.)

  • Ensure taste consistency and quality standards

  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen

  • Manage raw materials and stock efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commi 1 Chef

  • Specialization in Chaap and Indian Tandoor

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player with good discipline
