Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Processing
Assist in cutting, chopping, sorting, and cleaning of vegetables and raw materials
Support in preparation of ready-to-eat and value-added food products
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients as per food safety standards Quality & Hygiene Management
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area at all times Follow food safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ensure quality checks during processing and preparation stages Kitchen & Production Support
Assist chefs and production team in daily kitchen operations
Support batch preparation and packaging activities
Ensure timely completion of assigned production tasks Inventory & Material Handling Help in sorting and organizing raw materials and finished goods Monitor stock levels of vegetables and ingredients
Minimize wastage through efficient handling and usage Cross-Location Support
Eligibility Criteria:
Pursuing or recently completed a course in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management / Food Production.
Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
