Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining cleanliness of workstations, tools, and kitchen areas; adhering to food safety (HACCP) and sanitation regulations; handling chemicals safely.
Inventory & Stock: Unpacking deliveries, checking stock, rotating items, discarding expired food, and reporting low supplies.
Station Management: Setting up and breaking down their workstation, cleaning equipment, and ensuring proper food temperatures.
