Prepare and cook assigned food items strictly as per standard recipes and portion sizes
Handle marination, grill, fryer, and assembly stations efficiently
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
Follow FIFO and proper storage practices at all times
Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Follow all food safety, handling, and storage SOPs
Ensure workstations, equipment, and tools are cleaned and sanitised regularly
Follow opening and closing SOPs without deviation
Coordinate with Commis II and helpers for smooth service flow
Inform seniors immediately about stock shortages or quality issues
Minimise food wastage and report any spoilage or errors
Work cooperatively with kitchen and service teams
Remain calm, focused, and efficient during rush hours
Be open to learning and improving skills continuously
Follow instructions from seniors without resistance
1–3 years of experience in a QSR, casual dining, or specialty cuisine kitchen
Basic knowledge of grilling, frying, and prep work
Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
Ability to work long standing hours and in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
