Menu Execution: Prepare Thai and Pan-Asian dishes, including curries, noodle dishes, and appetizers, following recipes precisely.
Kitchen Operations: Manage daily kitchen operations, control food quality, and monitor stock levels.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in the kitchen.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff, such as commis chefs.
Recipe Development: Assist with creating new recipes, conducting trials, and improving existing dishes
