Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items as per standard recipes and specifications.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Ensure all ingredients are stored properly and used within expiration dates.
Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Follow the instructions of senior kitchen staff and work as part of a team.
Maintain all food preparation and storage areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Support in the setup and breakdown of stations and the kitchen area.
Assist in receiving and checking the quality and quantity of deliveries.
Practice proper food handling procedures and adhere to food safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
