Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of bakery items.
Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, proofers, and baking tools safely and efficiently.
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages or wastage.
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) and proper food storage procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery section according to company and food safety standards.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
Support in receiving and checking bakery supplies and ingredients.
Assist in minimizing wastage and controlling food costs.
Follow all company SOPs, grooming standards, and kitchen safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
