Cook pizzas in wood-fired/stone oven, deck oven, or other methods as per restaurant standards.
Ensure pizzas are presented consistently, meeting portion and quality standards.
Assist in maintaining stock levels of pizza ingredients and reduce wastage.
Follow recipes and guidance from the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station at all times.
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
Support the team during busy service periods with preparation and plating.
Report any maintenance issues with kitchen equipment to supervisors.
