We are looking for a Commi 1 to join our team at Bdc Eatopia Hospitality India Private Limited and support the kitchen operations by preparing high-quality meals for our guests. The key responsibility includes handling a specific kitchen section efficiently, assisting senior chefs, and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 – ₹23,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per standard recipes and company guidelines.
Handle day-to-day kitchen operations under the supervision of senior chefs.
Assist in supervising Commi 2 and kitchen helpers during food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food storage practices.
Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen team for inventory requirements.
Ensure timely preparation and service of food during operations.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes.
Follow instructions from senior chefs and contribute to smooth kitchen operations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above.
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
Culinary certification or diploma is an added advantage.
