Job Responsibilities
Prepare authentic South Indian filter coffee consistently.
Prepare coffee decoction and maintain the correct coffee-to-milk ratio.
Handle peak-hour orders quickly and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter.
Manage coffee, milk, sugar, cups and other daily requirements.
Keep the coffee-making area clean and organized.
Follow the store's standard recipe and quality procedures.
Coordinate with counter and kitchen staff.
Minimize wastage and maintain good product quality.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a filter coffee maker, coffee master, tea master, barista, or hotel beverage staff preferred.
Good understanding of South Indian filter coffee.
Fast, clean and responsible at work.
Able to work during busy hours.
Good attitude and willingness to learn our standard recipe.
Immediate joiners preferred.
