Key Responsibilities:
1. Chocolate Preparation & Decoration
Melt, temper, and mold chocolate for garnishing.
Create various chocolate decorations such as curls, shards, flowers, shapes, and drizzles.
Apply chocolate designs neatly on cakes, pastries, and desserts.
2. Cake & Dessert Decoration
Collaborate with cake decorators to enhance final product appearance.
Maintain consistency in design and quality for all chocolate garnishes.
Ensure proper placement of garnishes according to product standards.
3. Quality & Hygiene
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines (FSSAI standards).
Maintain cleanliness of tools, molds, and working area.
Ensure proper storage of chocolate and decorations to avoid melting or spoilage.
4. Production Support
Assist in preparing materials and ingredients for daily orders.
Work with production team to ensure timely delivery of cakes and pastries.
Prepare garnishes in advance based on forecasted orders.
5. Inventory & Material Handling
Track chocolate usage and report low stock levels.
Handle garnishing tools, molds, and equipment with care.
