🍜 Hiring: Commi 1 – Chinese Cuisine

📍 Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Commi 1 – Chinese Cuisine to join a reputed restaurant in Indiranagar, Bengaluru.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2–6 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
Good knowledge of wok cooking, sauces, and Chinese food preparation.
Ability to maintain quality, consistency, and food presentation.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per recipes and quality standards.
Handle mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Assist the Sous Chef/Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
