Job Title: Chinese Chef (Commis Chef / Line Cook)

Location: THE HUNGRY KART, NOIDA

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Chinese cuisine or Fresher

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes (noodles, fried rice, momos, Manchurian, etc.)

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards

• Assist the Head Chef in food preparation and kitchen operations

• Manage food portioning and ensure quality control

• Keep track of kitchen inventory and inform of any shortages

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Chinese cuisine is mandatory

• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and cleanliness

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Punctual and team-oriented
