JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY
Commis- 2 or Commis 1 Chef with cuisine specialization of Chinese, job purpose is to Take care of their Chinese cuisine section, Momo and momo chutney, Chinese sauces side salad and presentation of dishes, Chinese dishes sizzlers etc.
1. Responsible for cutting, chopping of vegetables and cleaning of their food preparation area.
2. Responsible for preparing Misa of Chinese veg or non veg starters, Sauces, Chutney .
3. Designing of momo with good stuffing and chutney will be extra advantage to this cuisine. and other things related to food Preparation as per the requirements.
4. Willing to give Chinese sizzlers also with good presentation skills.
5. Willing to learn Stuffed Paratha & Beverage , Indian & Tandoor section too if Employee wants to see growth chances within the organization.
The candidate should be able to speak and read Hindi and average English.
1. Responsible to be a good team member.
2. Responsible to give each and every information of inventory in kitchen to outlet in charge.
3. Responsible to be in discipline. Person should maintain the duty hours as per restaurant timing.
4. Responsible for his uniform and other belongings which company will give him at the time of joining.
He should return uniform and other belongings whenever he will leave or else our company has rights to deduct the cost of uniform and other things.
5. Responsible to manage the KOT of Kitchen with main cook.
6. Responsible to keep the premises clean and manage emergency situation if footfalls is heavy in restaurants. Willing to work nicely
