Job Description

Prepare authentic Chinese dishes including noodles, fried rice, gravies, starters, and sauces

Maintain taste, quality, and presentation standards

Handle wok cooking and high-flame Chinese preparation efficiently

Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area

Manage food stock, ingredients, and kitchen inventory

Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations

Innovate and suggest new Chinese menu items

Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chinese Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or cloud kitchen

Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine, sauces, and cooking techniques

Expertise in wok tossing and fast-paced kitchen work

Ability to maintain consistency in taste and quality

Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards

Team player with good communication skills
