Control food quality, wastage, and kitchen costs
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chinese Chef
Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and sauces
Ability to work under pressure
Good coordination and communication skills
