Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Momo Maker who can prepare delicious and hygienic momos while maintaining kitchen quality and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare veg and non-veg momos as per recipe and quality standards
Make momo stuffing, dough, and sauces efficiently
Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation
Handle kitchen equipment safely and properly
Manage stock and inform about raw material requirements
Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation

Requirements:

Experience as a Momo Maker or similar kitchen role
Knowledge of momo preparation and steaming techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
