4. Manage inventory of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies.

5. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

6. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Chinese Cook in a restaurant or hotel.

• Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Food safety certification is a plus.
