The Chinese Cook is responsible for preparing authentic and high-quality Chinese dishes as per the menu standards, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Chinese dishes (noodles, fried rice, gravies, starters, sauces, etc.).
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation as per company standards.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Follow standardized recipes and portion control.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages.
Minimize wastage of food and raw materials.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients (FIFO method).
Coordinate with counter staff for order timing and service.
Follow all food safety and health regulations.
