Job Title: Chinese / Continental Cook (Frozen Food Production)

Job Summary:
We need a cook who can work in our frozen food manufacturing unit. The person should know how to make Chinese and Continental items like rolls, momos, spring rolls, noodles, fried rice, pasta, sauces, etc. The job includes preparing food for daily production, freezing, and also helping to pack and process online food orders.

Main Work:

• Prepare and cook Chinese & Continental dishes.

• Make frozen food items like rolls, momos, manchurian, tikkis, etc.

• Help in cutting, mixing, cooking, and packaging frozen food.

• Pack and process online orders (Swiggy, Zomato, website, etc.).

• Keep the kitchen and production area clean and hygienic.

• Check quality and maintain proper storage of frozen products.

Requirements:

• Must know basic Chinese cooking and making frozen snacks.

• Experience in rolls, momos, spring rolls, pasta, etc. is preferred.

• Should be able to work in a production kitchen for frozen foods.

• Able to follow recipes and maintain taste & quality.

• Teamwork and time management skills.

Other Details:

• Experience: 1–3 years in a restaurant, cloud kitchen, or food production.

• Job Type: Full-time.

• Salary: Rs. 15,000 - 17,000
