We are a growing cafe in Gurgaon Sector 67A, looking for a skilled Chinese Chef to join our culinary team. If you specialize in preparing authentic Indo-Chinese dishes like Chowmein, Spring Rolls, and Momos, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a range of Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes such as:

• Chowmein, Noodles, Manchurian, Spring Rolls, Momos, Chilli Potato, Chilli Paneer, French Fries, and other snacks.

• Maintain high food quality and presentation standards

• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety practices are followed

• Collaborate with team members to improve taste, efficiency, and service
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen

• A positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for cooking
