Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chinese Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of Chinese dishes and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes (e.g., noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, soups, etc.)

• Ensure food is cooked properly and presented well.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

• Manage kitchen stock and inform management when ingredients are running low.

• Follow proper food safety procedures.

• Work as part of a team and support other kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Chinese cooking (restaurant or food outlet).

• Knowledge of ingredients, sauces, and cooking techniques used in Chinese cuisine.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
