Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare popular Chinese fast food dishes such as momos, noodles, fried rice, spring rolls, chili potato, Manchurian, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Chinese fast food items quickly and hygienically

• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards

• Manage inventory and kitchen supplies

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

• Take customer feedback and improve dishes accordingly

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chinese/fast food chef or cook

• Expertise in making momos, noodles, fried rice, etc.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
