We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chinese Cook with 1–4 years of experience in Indo-Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of preparing a wide variety of Chinese dishes, momos, and fast-food recipes, along with maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Indo-Chinese dishes (noodles, fried rice, gravies, starters, etc.)

• Expertise in momo preparation (steamed, fried, and innovative varieties)

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen

• Handle kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow with leadership qualities

• Manage stock, ingredients, and minimize food wastage

• Work as part of a team to deliver consistent taste and quality

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of proven experience in Chinese/Indo-Chinese cooking

• Knowledge of momo preparation is a must

• Good communication and leadership skills for staff handling

• Strict adherence to hygiene practices

• Pahadi or Nepali candidates will be preferred
