🔪 Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled Chinese Chef to lead and execute Chinese cuisine operations with expertise in wok cooking, sauces, and Indo-Chinese dishes. The chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that align with our brand standards, ensuring speed, consistency, and taste.

🍜 Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic and Indo-Chinese dishes (e.g., Hakka noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, Szechuan).

Develop and follow standard recipes, maintain taste and portion control.

Operate wok stations and manage stir-fry, deep-fry, and steam techniques efficiently.

Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety (FSSAI standards), and mise-en-place.

Monitor inventory and coordinate with the purchase team for kitchen supplies.

Train junior staff in Chinese cooking methods and kitchen discipline.

Collaborate with kitchen and service team for timely dish execution.

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Chinese Chef or Cook in a cloud kitchen, QSR, or restaurant.

Strong knowledge of Chinese sauces, condiments, and cooking techniques.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Team player with leadership qualities and hygiene consciousness.

Qualification in Culinary Arts (preferred but not mandatory).
