Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef specializing in momos and Chinese cuisine. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of momos along with other Chinese dishes, ensuring high quality, taste, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare different types of momos such as veg momos, chicken momos, paneer momos, fried momos, tandoori momos, and gravy momos
Make fresh dough, fillings, and sauces (red chutney, schezwan sauce, etc.)
Cook a variety of Indo-Chinese dishes like noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, and chilli dishes
Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
Monitor stock levels and inform management for raw material requirements
Follow food safety standards and kitchen SOPs
Work efficiently during rush hours and manage orders on time
