We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chinese Commi I to join our kitchen team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine and supporting the senior chefs in daily kitchen operations while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per standard recipes and guidelines
Assist senior chefs in mise en place and daily kitchen operations
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per kitchen standards
Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
