• Prepare authentic vegetarian Chinese dishes (Starters, Main Course, Rice & Noodles).

• Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards.

• Manage kitchen operations efficiently.

• Innovate new dishes suitable for vegetarian customers.

• Ensure consistency in taste & quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Chinese Chef.

• Must be skilled in vegetarian Chinese cooking.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle volume.

• Knowledge of hygiene & safety protocols.
