Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of Chinese and Asian dishes, including noodles, fried rice, momos, sushi, and other Asian specialties.

  • Prepare different types of sushi, including rolls, maki, and other sushi varieties.

  • Prepare steamed, fried, and tandoori-style momos with different fillings and sauces.

  • Prepare different varieties of noodles, including Hakka noodles, Singapore noodles, and other Chinese preparations.

  • Handle cutting, chopping, marination, sauces, and food preparation.

  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.

  • Ensure proper food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and food safety standards.

  • Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.

  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of customer orders.

  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations.
