Responsibilities
Prepare fresh, hygienic, and nutritious meals daily.
Plan and supervise breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Manage kitchen staff and daily kitchen operations.
Maintain food quality, taste, and consistency.
Ensure proper hygiene and food safety standards.
Monitor inventory and coordinate grocery requirements.
Minimize food wastage and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Follow meal schedules and dietary requirements when needed.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months - 1 years of experience as a Chief Cook or Head Cook.
Experience in preparing North Indian meals (additional cuisines are a plus).
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen management.
Ability to manage a kitchen team efficiently.
Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
Good communication and leadership skills.
