Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cook with expertise in preparing a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian fast foods, snacks, and light meals. The candidate should be capable of ensuring high-quality food preparation while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and efficient kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian fast-food items, snacks, and light meals.
Ensure food is prepared according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor food quality and ensure freshness of ingredients.
Manage kitchen inventory and assist in stock control of raw materials and supplies.
Minimize food wastage through proper handling and storage practices.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely preparation and service of food.
Follow all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Cook, Fast Food Cook, Snack Cook, or similar role.
Experience in preparing a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian fast-food products and snacks.
Good knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in restaurants, cafés, food courts, fast-food outlets, or catering establishments.
