We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Personal Cook to prepare daily meals for an individual or family in a private residence. This is a live-in position, with free food and lodging provided as part of the compensation package. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, understands dietary preferences and restrictions, and values cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan weekly menus in consultation with the employer(s), based on preferences and dietary needs.

• Prepare fresh, healthy, and high-quality meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner; occasional snacks).

• Shop for groceries and maintain kitchen inventory (or work with household staff to do so).

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishes, surfaces, and appliances.

• Ensure proper food storage and hygiene practices at all times.

• Occasionally prepare meals for guests, events, or special occasions.

• Be flexible with meal times or requests as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook or chef (private household experience preferred).

• Knowledge of various cuisines and ability to adapt to dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, low-sodium).

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• High standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.

• Ability to live on-site and work with minimal supervision.
