Job Description :-

We are hiring Commis 1, 2 & 3 for our restaurant's Thai and Oriental cuisine section. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in Thai, Chinese, or Pan-Asian kitchens, and should be passionate about authentic Asian cooking techniques and ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook dishes as per standard recipes under the guidance of the Chef De Partie.

2. Handle station setup, ingredient preparation (mise en place), and assist in wok cooking, stir-frying, and curry preparation.

3. Maintain high hygiene standards and cleanliness in the kitchen area.

4. Work with Thai and Oriental ingredients such as lemongrass, galangal, Thai basil, and specialty sauces.

5. Follow food safety protocols and kitchen SOPs.

Candidate Profile :-

1. Experience in Thai, Chinese, or Oriental cuisine is preferred.

2. Basic to intermediate cooking skills depending on the commis level.

3. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

4. Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Salary Range :- ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month
