Job Description

भूमिका (Role Overview):

शेफ का मुख्य कार्य उच्च गुणवत्ता वाला भोजन स्वच्छता और समयबद्ध तरीके से तैयार करना है। इसमें खाना बनाना, किचन की सफाई बनाए रखना, सामग्री का सही उपयोग और स्वाद व गुणवत्ता में निरंतरता सुनिश्चित करना शामिल है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

1. भोजन तैयार करना (Food Preparation & Cooking)

दैनिक मेनू के अनुसार भोजन तैयार करना
ताजा और समय पर भोजन बनाना व परोसना
स्वाद, गुणवत्ता और मात्रा (portion) में एकरूपता बनाए रखना

2. स्वच्छता एवं सुरक्षा (Hygiene & Safety)

किचन, बर्तन और कार्यक्षेत्र की साफ-सफाई बनाए रखना
खाद्य सुरक्षा और स्वच्छता के नियमों का पालन करना
कच्चे और पके हुए भोजन का सही तरीके से स्टोरेज करना

3. मेनू पालन (Menu Execution)

आवश्यकतानुसार विभिन्न प्रकार के व्यंजन तैयार करना
विशेष निर्देशों (जैसे डाइट या पसंद) का पालन करना
सामग्री का सही उपयोग कर वेस्टेज कम करना

4. स्टॉक एवं इन्वेंट्री प्रबंधन (Inventory Management)

किचन सामग्री और सप्लाई का नियमित निरीक्षण
समय पर आवश्यक सामग्री के लिए सूचना देना
सामग्री का सही उपयोग और नुकसान कम करना

5. किचन समन्वय (Kitchen Coordination)

किचन स्टाफ और हेल्पर्स के साथ मिलकर काम करना
किचन संचालन को सुचारु और समयबद्ध बनाए रखना
अनुशासन और कार्यकुशलता बनाए रखना

आवश्यक कौशल (Key Skills):

अच्छा कुकिंग अनुभव और स्वाद की समझ
स्वच्छता और खाद्य सुरक्षा की जानकारी
समय प्रबंधन और दबाव में काम करने की क्षमता
गुणवत्ता और प्रस्तुति पर ध्यान

शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Qualification):

कुकिंग / क्यूलिनरी आर्ट्स / होटल मैनेजमेंट में डिप्लोमा/सर्टिफिकेट (वांछनीय)
संबंधित अनुभव होने पर योग्यता में छूट संभव

प्राथमिक अनुभव (Preferred Experience):

रेस्टोरेंट, होटल, कैंटीन, हॉस्टल या बड़े किचन में कार्य अनुभव
साधारण, हेल्दी और संतुलित भोजन बनाने का अनुभव
