Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Assistant Chef to join our catering unit. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare basic snacks for corporate orders, handle chopping and prep work, and assist the Head Chef in daily cooking activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare basic vegetarian snack items for corporate deliveries

• Assist the Head Chef in cooking and meal preparation

• Perform chopping, cutting, and other kitchen prep tasks

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

• Follow standard recipes and kitchen processes

• Support in packing meal trays and ensuring timely order dispatch

Requirements:

• Basic cooking skills

• Ability to prepare simple snack items

• Experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred but not mandatory)

• Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards

• Willingness to learn and take instructions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: As per experience
